– For online payments, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
– For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items**
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
1. Take a photo of the product and its packaging immediately upon receipt.

3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.
